To participate in our contributor program or contact our administration, we collect voluntary information you supply:
- Personal details: Name, Email Address, Country, City, and timezone details.
- Developer credentials: Discord and GitHub usernames, portfolio URLs, and technical backgrounds.
- Submissions: Explanations of why you wish to participate and message descriptions.
2. How We Use Information
We store this information in our Firebase Firestore database. The collection is used solely for vetting contributor applicants, replying to administrative support requests, and community mailing. We do not sell or lease your personal information.
3. Security Rules & Data Retention
Our Firestore database has secure rules configuration. Only authenticated administrators have permissions to read, search, or delete application profiles. All transactions are securely encrypted in transit.
4. Your Rights
If you have submitted data to Developer Hut and wish to review, update, or completely delete your personal details from our active dashboard files, contact us at founder@developerhut.in.
